Ubity, similarily with most telephone service providers, currently faces issues of network congestion as a result of the demand for work from home strategies.
We have been informed by our carrier partners that there continues to be numerous incidences of network congestion resulting in busy phone numbers or inability to call numbers in their networks. All carriers, including Ubity are working to redirect the call volume.
Although the vast majority of communications take place normally, we thank you for your understanding as we work to manage these issues.
